INTRODUCTION

Beetroot works in partnership with you. Our aim is to introduce you to some of the best companies in Sydney, but as you would expect, we need to protect our client relationships.

By giving Beetroot permission to send your details to our clients for freelance, contract, or permanent roles, you are agreeing to be represented through Beetroot for a period of one year. That means you cannot accept work directly with that client company (or via another recruitment agency at that client company) where we are representing you for a period of one year.

An introduction is either the last date we submitted your details to that client, or the last day you freelanced/contracted for that client company.

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

Just as Beetroot keeps your details in the strictest of confidence, it goes with out saying that you are equally entrusted to treat our client's information in the same way. Any information shared with you in order to carry out your freelance assignments must remain confidential and never be shared with other parties.

And remember, all work created on assignment remains the property of the client. Please don't put any projects in your personal portfolio without first gaining the client's permission.
